Bubo Kid’s Club Rules and Regulations
- The entity responsible for the operation of the Puchacz Bubo Kids' Club in Hotel Szczawnica Park Resort & Spa ***** does not provide care or supervision of children staying in the room.
- In the playroom, children are allowed only under the supervision of parents/legal guardians. This applies to participation in animations provided by the Hotel. Guardians leaving a child alone in the playroom do so at their own risk.
- The parent or legal guardian of a child using the Bubo Kids' Club is required to familiarize themselves with the rules set forth in these Rules and Regulations, on information signs or other markings placed in the playroom, as well as communicate these safety rules to the child and to observe them.
- The playroom is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Animations are held on selected dates.
- The Bubo Kids' Club Playroom is designed to entertain children from 3 to 12 years old. Children under 3 years of age may be in the playroom only under the supervision of an adult guardian.
- Admission to the playroom for guests of the Hotel Szczawnica Park Resort & Spa***** is free of charge.
- Admission to the playroom is allowed in socks or slippers.
- Parents/legal guardians are not allowed to enter the monkey grove structure.
- A child may go to the restroom only in the presence of a parent/legal guardian.
- No food, drink or glass containers should be brought into the Bubo Kids' Club.
- Children playing in the playroom may not carry anything sharp (watches, glasses, jewelry and any objects that can threaten their safety during play - this also applies to their own toys).
- For items lost or left in the playroom that are not deposited at the Hotel reception desk, the Hotel's liability is limited by law. The following applies to lost property provisions of the Hotel Regulations available at the Hotel reception.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption and introduction of animals is strictly prohibited in the Bubo Kids' Club playroom.
- All questions and concerns related to the activities of Bubo Kids' Club should be directed to the hotel staff.
- The equipment in the playroom may only be used in accordance with its purpose.
- For the sake of the health of our youngest customers, it is prohibited for children or adults who carry infectious diseases, viral and bacterial infections to enter the playroom.
- The following are forbidden in the Bubo Kids' Club:
- pushing, hitting and other forms of violence,
- entering areas that are excluded from play,
- destroying or soiling structures, toys, walls, or decorations.
- The Hotel staff may expel children who cause behavioral problems and pose a threat to other children.
- Parents/legal guardians shall be responsible for damages caused by the child, in accordance with the law.
- The hotel reserves the right to monitor the facility.
- The entity responsible for the operation of Puchacz Bubo Kids' Club is HSP Management Sp. z o. o. headquartered in Szczawnica, ul. Główna 25, 34-460 Szczawnica, registered in the National Register Court by the District Court in Krakow, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register, under the KRS number 0000731486, NIP 7352876841.
